In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC of the CNIL 123ventes puts in place the following provisions.

The personal data collected by 123ventes will not be subject to any special processing, resale or use by a third party. The only possible use is for internal and anonymous statistical purposes.

3 - Shelf life

Your personal data will be kept until you request to delete your account, or 3 years in case of inactivity. No archival copies or duplicates will be produced. In case of inactivity a warning email will be sent 6 months, 3 months, 1 month before the final deletion.

4 - Sensitive data

Sensitive data such as payment or delivery API accounts are protected by the rules of the art in terms of computer security. Your shop is encrypted by an SSL certificate.

5 - Cookies

Good news! 123ventes does not use any commercial or marketing cookies. The only cookies used are technical cookies necessary for the operation of your store.

6 - Profiling

Good news! 123ventes does not process any profiling.

7 - Transfer of data outside the European Union

Good news! 123ventes does not transfer data outside the European Union and within the European Union.
